She was joined by Maj Gen Kahinda Otafiire (Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, @mia_uga ), State Minister Gen David Muhoozi, Hon @ObothOboth (Minister @MODVA_UPDF ), Hon Peter Lokeris (Minister of Karamoja Affairs), senior officials from @GovUganda , @recsasec , @_AfricanUnion , @AUC_PAPS , @UN_Disarmament , & others.
