The Department coordinates and facilitates the operations of the Technical Departments.

The Department is headed by an Under Secretary

The Department has the following units/sections;

Administration-The section coordinates and provides support services to the technical departments.

Accounts-This section processes and ensures proper expenditure and accountability of Funds.

Procurement and Disposal of Assets Unit-The unit is charged with the management of the procurement and disposal activities of the Ministry.

ICT unit-Provides technical support systems to the departments, manages the Local Area Network, and advises on all procurements related to Information Technology Assets.
